		<description>Yum, so simple and elegant! I do love using bonito flakes as they give dashi a lovely richness, as does the kombu. Amazing how such small little elements like that pack an amazing punch of flavor!</description>

You know, somen noodle is served in hot soup sometimes, called &quot;Nyu-men&quot;, but I don&#039;t like that... This idea is so good, it keeps somen noodle ”al dente&quot; ;-D I&#039;ll def. try it soon!</description>
