		<description>Jen: Aren&#039;t eggs like that just the best? I have never had eggs as nice as they are here in Japan. They are huge, fresh, and incredibly creamy inside when they are cooked right. I&#039;m pretty much obsessed... And by the way, no judgment for feeling a little uninspired to make hollandaise sauce after the champagne- I would totally feel the same!</description>
