		<description>Oh, jealous of the pomegranate! I have yet to see them appear in our markets. The drink looks so fresh and the seeds on the bottom make for a beautiful garnish. They kind of remind me of some of the Asian desserts that have red beans or the tapioca pearls. And I&#039;m always impressed with the ingenuity of your posts. Making your own food mill from a strainer is brilliant -- I&#039;ve done it for making gnocchi because I don&#039;t have a ricer, and it&#039;s a lot of hard work. Kudos to your kitchen techniques!</description>
