What wonderful comfort foods and what a blessing to have the places so close to home. I have a lot of fond memories with ramen, and I loved cracking raw eggs over hot food and mixing things up to get that delightful texture. I love Japanese curries; I experienced those before the more familiar Indian varieties most people are probably used to. It's all just good, honest food, which I totally appreciate and love.

Hi Scott!

I have made my own dumplings (and there is a recipe on my blog as well). I don't do it as often as I should, but I would like to try making my own wrappers in addition to filling. So worth it!

mathildescuisine: The egg is a perfect addition to ramen. It just brings a new element to it that the soup alone cannot provide. SO good!
