Wasabi Prime: It was a crazy selection of toppings… I guess I didn’t really realize that many Asian people are lactose intolerant. It makes sense, with the lack of dairy in their diet. Sort of a good thing and a bad thing at the same time…

Congratulations on your 100th post! I feel like am the only “Asian” that is not lactose intolerant. I do have part chinese in me (plus the Indian/Pakistan part that still counts as Asian) and I don’t feel the intolerance yet! LOL.

I would definitely love to try a slice of that pizza. I probably would be a bit hesitant about biting into it at first, but I’d probably be able to eat a whole pie by myself.

Amazing toppings selection. The Camembert surprised me. I get that cheese in general wouldn’t be super popular, since I know a lot of Asians are born lactose intolerant — my cousins and I were all like that, but we eventually grew out of it. The mix of seafood with typically westernized flavors must be the perfect mix to attract the Japanese palate. It’s probably as unique to Americans as a California Roll is to the Japanese. Congrats on your 100th post! The pizza sounds a tad like Surf & Turf meets French cuisine meets the Mediterranean, but it sure looks good!
