Okra! I love the down south Okra dishes. My mom and her parents cooked Okra for us, and I developed a taste for it. Now, living in New England, I crave raw clams, oysters, and especially sushi. Thanks.

I've never been a fan of ochre but this has got me wanting to give it another try. I recently had my Japanese mother-in-law teaching me how to cook some of my favorite dishes here. Always allergic to frying I have come to view it as something fun to do and perhaps teach (gasp!) my son one day. Love your clear easy to follow recipes!
