		<description>Rachael, I&#039;m sending you the repair bill for my computer because you&#039;ve got me drooling on the keyboard with this chestnut rice. We&#039;ve got the rice, saké, soy sauce, mirin, black sesame and cranberries. I&#039;ll be picking up some chestnuts from the store on Wednesday to have this for dinner- looks too good not to make! Also- the use of the brown sugar? I love the way you think! As always, gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous photos and wonderful write-up! I hope all is well! :) </description>
